Free and subsidised eye care — from routine exams to cataract surgery — delivered in our clinics and through outreach camps across Pakistan.
Al-Baseer Eye Hospital is the founding program of Al Baseer Foundation, inaugurated by Professor Saleh Memon in November 2012. Our Karachi hospital runs full OPD consultations, diagnostic testing, and surgical care, supported by a network of Primary Eye Care Centers and a calendar of outreach camps, school and college screenings, and industrial eye health drives reaching communities well beyond the hospital's own walls.
Every service below — from a routine refraction test to a full cataract operation — follows strict clinical and sterilization protocols, and is available free or heavily subsidised for patients who could not otherwise afford it.
